I admin for a Triad-S with FP3 Infinite Basic (I think the version is 3.11 but I will have to double check). I have two users that need the ability to dial from Outlook (which triggers automatic journaling of the call in a relational database). I can find very little information on CTI for this particular setup and could use any help anyone can offer. (I would go through the dealer but they are long gone and the only local Vodavi dealer won't take on this system as they are trying to move away from Vodavi/Vertical).

Can anyone point me to which CTI interface I would need for this particular setup and any instructions? I am fully capable of programming the KSU and have all admin passwords. I just can't find much information about CTI for this system and have been searching for a while now. Any help is appreciated.

First off, you need the CTI interface module that connects to each phone on a one to one basis. They require a com port to the PC. USB to serial adapters work if the PCs don't have com ports. Just select the Keyset Mode in station programming for either the Discovery Desktop PCPhone mode, the ATD command mode or the ATH command mode.

If you have trouble locating these units, I still happen to have several modules new-in-the-box that were for the TR9015 phones. I think that this module is the same for the Infinite phones too.

Thanks. Do you know which CTI module would work? I can't seem to find any definitive information as to which module I need. We are using the 9015-71 24 button Infinite phones. Not sure if you can post it publicly, so if not PM is fine, but how much would you charge for the CTI modules?
