What are the recommended settings for Voice Packet Configuration when using SIP? We are currently experiencing some packet loss and/or jitter.

I am on a Toshiba CIX 1200 Rel 5.2 and my current configuration is below:
01 - 20 msec
02 - Adaptive
03 - 200
07 - 10
08 - 20 msec
09 - Adaptive
10 - 200
13 - 10

SIP is not a voice codec. Are you using G.711 or G.729A?

If you have the bandwidth, stick to G.711.

My CIX 670 indicates that for G.711 it is:

01 - 20 msec
02 - Adaptive
03 - 100
07 - 5
08 - 20 msec
09 - Adaptive
10 - 100
13 - 1

For G.729A it is:

01 - 40 msec
02 - Sequential
03 - 40
07 - 5
08 - 40 msec
09 - Adaptive
10 - 100
13 - 1
