We have 7 differant hospitals with G3R's running on them. on tuedsay we got a call that one of our locations was in alarm. We could no longer communicate with the system thru ASA, Inads, Data module, or Sat Terminal. no port avaible on ASA and never get anything other thatn a coursor on other options. Yesterday we had another location do the same thing. Although no Alarm. usually we can busy a c-lan if its down but always could connect another way, Sat, Inads.. Our Maint contract is through Carousel and they are as stumped as we are. They cant get into systems either. The Systems are running fine. Looking at having to reboot at this point. Not really what I want to do to a system with over 1300 stations on it. Anyone had any kind of issue like this? It almost seems like Avaya has gotten into the systems and somehow just shut down communications. Thanks.
