I'm trying to upgrade an AXXESS 4.4 system to 9.007 (CPU64). I seem to be having ussues related to the number of devices/cabinets on the original system (although the 4.4 system only has 1 cabinet). Can anyone tell me the magic secret? I've read the manual and upgraded 4.4->5.3 and then from there I sometimes have the option to convert to CPU 64, but the process always ends in "Cannot carry out the requested conversion due to systems inconpatability. Normal conversion will be carried out."

Thanks for any help you can offer.

How many ports are in the original system? Does it exceed 64?

How many ddi's are in the call routing table? I had a v4 upgrade issue caused by that. The manual said only 400 entries allowed, but the software let me have upward of that. however the database would not convert up to v 5 because that wanted to enforce the rules.
