We have recently installed a Panasonic system with KX-T7730 handsets.
It is a small setup, just 2 incoming lines and 5 extensions. We have no need for hunting groups or anything, just have all the phones ring on all incoming calls.
Everything is working great for the 1st line, but whenever someone rings in on the 2nd line, I can see the light flashing showing an incoming call, I can hear the main switching unit make a "clicking" sound like it does when line 1 rings, but NONE of the extensions will sound a ring tone when the 2nd line is being called.
Any tips on how to get this working? Thanks!

Just duplicate how you've programmed line 1 to line 2.

I'm not sure what you mean. Line 1 has always had a ring tone, I don't think anything was programmed to make that happen? This is a 2nd hand system, so you may be correct but I have not done the programming, any tips?

Do you have maintenance console?. What is the model and version of your Panasonic PBX? CO Line1 was programmed to ring at a particular. To direct CO Line2 to ring at a particular extension, follow the guide below.
Go to program 10.2 i,e System Menu > 10.CO & Incoming call > 2.DIL Table & port settings.Match slot and port. And under DIL Destination, put in the extension number you would like to ring when CO Line 2 is called.
Am assuming you have maintenance console.

Am assuming you have maintenance console. This is wrong in so many ways..... I HAVE a maintenance console for my 77xx series phones, but it only goes up to 9. You might want to read posts before you reply to them. If I have a 7731 phone, it plugs into about SEVENTEEN Panasonic systems. You gave a solution that works in only 5 systems and the chance that the OP has any of those is pretty remote. Just Sayin' Carl To the OP, incoming ringing is programmed in the 40x program sections of a TA, TD series cabinet. It's customary to consult a manual to look up incoming CO ringing if you want to change it. The 77xx is just a phone.
This model is end of life

Insurecorp You must know the model and version of the control cabinet. Panasonic systems change programming from one version to the next and also varies from country to country. If you do not have a manual then I would suggest to contact a local dealer and have the system defaulted and reprogrammed for your business.
