We are a home builder and occasionally use a block of numbers for hotlines. The client can call the hotline and get info on the neighborhood. These lines are dedicated for hotline use only. It seems that someone decided to use the dedicated hotline for an actual model phone number in all our advertising. They assumed it was easier to change the phone to an IP line vs. a hotline than to change the print jobs. So...
I have to figure out how to release the line so I can set it up as an IP phone.
I do have 2 IP phone slots available on my board. I have been able to (but don't know how i did it) remove the voice recording and it now rolls to an empty mailbox.
As the user manuals and help files are really of no help at all, any help would be appreciated.
Details are as follows:
Intertel system with model 8660 IP phones Using Session Manager v. 2.59 System version 9.002 DB Studio version 1.51
