Hi, I have set up call forwarding to my cell phone in emanager. However, the volume is very soft. Is there a way to turn up the volume, maybe t3adm parameters?

Also, when I dial into the auto attendant on my cell phone, the system does not always hear the tones. I tried to dial ext 203, doesn't work, but i can dial 201. if i get into better cell coverage, it will dial ext 203. I constantly have people telling me they tried dialing my extension but it wouldn't work for them. Any ideas on correcting this as well?

Thanks!

What type of trunks do you have? There may be a few things to try depending on type.

Cell phones are always going to be problematic with auto attendants. You said it yourself, "get into better coverage" it works better. It's the cell phones problem, not the phone system auto attendant.
