Have a real odd one, courtesy of the hurricane...
If an off-site IP phone goes missing (due to loss of power or Internet), it appears as busy, and CF-ALL to a cell phone doesn't forward anymore. Instead, the voicemail picks up immediately.
A CF-ALL to an outside line won't work if the extension goes vacant (disconnected phone) or an IP phone loses connection to the MIPU. DN buttons light as if the line is active too.
Is there a way to ensure the forwarding works when the power goes out on the IP phone? The goal is to forward the "offline" IP phones to cell phones until power is restored.
System: CTX 670(?) with IVP8, 12+ remote IP phones, 20+ digital phones.
Any workarounds for this?

Put a system call forward on the DN which is set as Busy/NA to CELL.
Did it just last week works fine.

Doesn't that work on just one template?
On the system I'm using, I have just a few SCF templates; I'd like to make this work for multiple phones, each with a different cell phone number it's forwarding to. Any idea on how to let employees manage their own forwarding in this case?
