Morning!
I have a 7100 that I just upgraded to 4.60B. I need to transfer a call off site using the same line, or actually the CO providers call xfer feature. I have the same feature on a 7030 working. I had a problem trying to get it to work on the 7100 so far so I upgraded it.

If the customer pushes the option for the off site phone, example pushes 3 for satellite office, the system needs to flash the line, dial the number for the other phone, and then hang up. When I had it going before, it did all except hang up. What are the best steps to do this?

Thanks!

Chris

Use a dial block and set the supervision to partial should do it.
