Does anyone have an idea what would cause a no audio on some of the phones in the first cabinet? You can hear the caller but they can't hear you. This is a two cabinet system. Had a problem with the lower (1st) cabinet locking up. Displays worked but not any of the buttons. Reset the system, reset the dvr cards the the first two ulds with phones started working fine. In the next set of powered slots only the first 8 of 16 ports work with audio both ways. The ons card will not break dial tone. I have power modules in all three positions. moved the card around but same problem no matter where I place the cards in the slots on the cabinet. I replaced the uld card. Same problem. I moved some of the phones to a empty port on a different card and they worked fine. Any ideas? S400 release 3.13.

You could have a bad power module. It can steal power from another. Also have you changed any of the licenses?

All three modules lights are Red. But I can change out #2 and 3 with new ones just to test. I have had no licence changes. I will actually just slide in a spare power supply with three new modules. If this doesn't do it do you have any other ideas? I'm going back out tomorrow.
Thank you

Just to let anyone who might run into this problem. It was the cabinet causing the problem.
Thanks

Glad you got it figured out. We had a similar problem with an ONS. Would not work on the first power supply but would work on the second just fine, yet all the slots would work with other cards but not the ONS.

You would need the software download program which is included in emanager. You would also have to get the files for the Avanti phone of which there are many versions. The latest would be on the Telrad ftp site.
