On the Inter-Tel VPU, is there a way to change the order in which messages are played out? Right now, unheard messages are played in the order they are received, I would like to change it to the newest voicemail played first.
If not, is there an easy way to skip through messages (not just by pressing 6)?

No, system is preset to play the higher priority messages first, and then the oldest new messages after that.
