Looking for advice on using a web based email provider. We have converted some system successfully by upgrading the Mitel 5000 to the latest revision.
However on this customer we are getting a login authenticator error and my end-user is telling me the login credential information we are using is correct. Any ideas on what may be going wrong?

I had a customer last week using a hosted email solution, and we could not send using the credentials of the voicemail@domain mailbox. In the end we had to use the administrator login to send.
