can any of the inter-tel auto attendants support centrex features in the auto attendant?
i guess its easiest to say what i'm trying to do with a simple example...
auto attendant picks up press 1 for sales press 2 for service
service in another location off site. can the auto attendant flash the line using centrex and transfer the call to another phone # and clear the line? (as opposed to forwarding the call out and tying up 2 lines)

Are you referring to an Axxess? If so that would be a nice feature, but not without adding external equipment. I've made it happen by programming a modem to answer, then handle the hookflash/disconnect but it's bulky.

Yes, was thinking of going Axxess but have not decided for sure yet Axxess or 5000. Someone I work with that used to work for Executone says Executone used to have this ability but Intertel never picked up the feature as far as he knew.
There won't be any networking or need to transfer offsite inititally but most likely will in the future. It's really an ideal 5000 opportunity no doubt, but it will be analog trunks and we still have not done a lot of 1.2 release 5000's with analog trunks to be convinced they are stable. Our initial 1.0 customers have not been happy but I know some others on this forum have done ok with them.
