One of my IT clients has the following setup:
Inter-Tel Axxess phone system
Unimsg Server 1.002
SR NT 5.2f0 Prod
Voice 4 ports
Fax 2 ports
Email: 22 users, 25 licenses
DB 5.2159-3
All is working OK at the moment except for the unified messaging part. They said that it used to be working but stopped. On the voicemail NT computer in avdap Monitor console I see the following error:
[maildlv] Error loading Mail X library (maip32.dll) (rc=127)
I would like to help them or suggest what needs to be done to correct this. They can't find the DB Studio or Session Msg (???) so I can't really poke around.
Anything you can suggest would be greatly appreciated.
