Hi,
I have just started a new job and I have been tasked with updating the names on individuals phones. The phones are telrad connegy 3015 IP, I believe some software is needed to do this, I think it is Emanager. If someone could point me in the right direction to download it and also some instructions as the user guide does not go in to this topic that would be very helpful(and also get me some brownie points with my new boss).

Be more then happy to help. You will also need the cable/connector to do programming changes amd maybe a few instructions to help you along your path.

Thanks for that,could point me in the right direction for a cable as I am pretty new to phones and thanks for the reply. We have an UnitE IP in the server room connected to a desktop server there is also a phone in there, am I correct in guessing this is some sort of master
