I am Strata Emanager V5.20B21. I need to collect report on call usages per user(station). Using the Emanager is it possible to run any report?

No, you would need some sort of call accounting software to run reports such as that.

I like Taske because at the time the odbc connection was good for dumping everything to sql, minus the XML dumper Taske provides(more money). But I hear Trisys Tapit has sql for DB now.
Whatever you pick make sure its accessible to other programs.

Found out we already have a accounting software called Ultimate Call Accouting. Ran the report on incoming and outgoing call. But only gets data for outgoing calls. Incoming calls showing empty for all extension accept for couple of extension.
Anyone familier with this software?
Thanks

You must find out if the CTX/CIX is sending the SMDR data for incoming calls. It does not by default.
