I have a Konftel 300IP SIP conference phone I'm trying to authenticate on a 7200/MP20/4.60. Authentication seems to take several minutes, but evenutally it does connect. I'm able to place and receive calls, but there is no audio - either way. If I use X-Lite to connect I authenticate immediately and I have audio both ways.
Anyone have any experience in getting the Konftel 300IP to work with as an OfficeServ SIP station.

Have you made sure all of the correct ports are open for the phone on it's network firewall?

Yes the ports were open but appreciate the suggestion. It's been resolved. It turns out that there is a setting in the Konftel IP300 that took care of the issue. I actually spoke to one of their techs (support is in Sweden). Sharp guy. He said he'd be posting the issue and resolution in their FAQ's in case anyone else runs into this.
