Has any come across a with problem auto dial icm page buttons change to auto dial icm on their own on Avaya ip office basic 8.1 52 it is the strange one minute the button show Intercom *110 then a few minutes later it will show intercom 110. Also getting error message when I go in to user setup, “Voicemail files for some of the selected locales are not present on IP Office” I’m using embedded voice mail it only 1 site

For English press 1..
I would go to customer site and see how the button is changing on its own..

I have seen it change and under button programming if you move the mouse over a working button you will see "intercom*110" and a button that has changed will show "intercom*"110"
