I've been working with a customer that has an Officeserv 100 with an SVMi 4 voice mail. When I originally installed the system I set up group mailboxes for some of the station groups. It worked that day only. I went back into programming to see if I had missed something. The boxes had been deleted. I recreated the boxes but now it just times out to the main greeting. There is no forward station or forward trunk option in this voice mail. Does anyone have any ideas as to a solution.

Did you do a save in programing
And did you take out ??? extns in forward trunks and stations to forward to a mailbox

Take the 4 out and sell them a 4E

Forward station and forward trunk are options in an svmi-4 if you know how to unlock them.

So basically, you want a Station Group to overflow back to voicemail but be directed to a specific mailbox but there is no Forward Station / Forward Trunk table in it.
