please tell me how can i create a new subscriber mailbox. i am having system admin mailbox no and password.

You'll need to specify what kind of phone system, and which voice mail you are using......

Sounds like he could be working on an Aspire or some other Ultracomm system. Anyway, you can't create a subscriber mailbox through a system admin mailbox. Depending on the type of voice mail, you would need either an ethernet connection or s serial connection. Best to bring a NEC tech in and have it done if you've never done it before.

Thanks for the replies. i am using NEC Aspire M System and using Intramail voice mail system.
Please help me how can i create a new extension or new subscriber mailbox.
