Hi All
I need to connect an external music source to a BCM 400. The connection is simple enough, but I am finding nowhere in the manual about the programming requirements. client says they just hear beeps now, so I am sure I need to allow MOH in programming.
I do see how to enter programming through a phone with feature 9*8
but that's about all I can find.

Press [Feature] then *266344.

Enter the user password.

Display shows: Terminals & Sets

Press the softkey underneath NEXT until the display shows On hold:

Press Change to switch options.

Press the Release (Rls or the key with the handset icon with a downward arrow)

The change should take effect.

ok.. just verifying.. The literature says XXXXXXXX IS the password..
Where does XXXXXXXXX enter into it?
Thanks for the info.. I am sure once I am in this info will help immensely!


Call in a trained tech if you don't know what you're doing. It's worth it in the long run!
