Is there a way to send an email to an email account with the message that is left in a users mailbox on a BM 50 V3 I have Unified Messaging seats Only thing with that if I understand it is each user has to have desktop messaging installed on there computer and using Outlook.I have 2 users that are non in the office and dont have computers here to install to software Thanks Rick

Rick: Since no one has replied, I will try. I am not an expert on this unified msg'ng. But I think it is using IMAP to get it to your outlook on your computer. It is not like sending an email to someones email address. I am guessing that you need to be on the network to get the vm transferred to email inbox. I am guessing again that if you are off-site, you need someway to get back into the network. Now I could be totally full of it because I really do not know. Hopefully this will make someone respond because they would love to point out my mistakes.
