We have a UX5000 with IntraMail. I see options for an SMTP server and e-mail notifications - does my system have this feature or is this an add-on that I have to purchase. I have been trying for a month to obtain a demo but everytime we try to load it - it fails.

The feature requires the purchase of a license. I have used it on a few systems, works pretty well - fairly easy to set up.
You should be able to activate it for trial by turning on the demo license on the processor - which activates everything for up to 60 days - unless you have one of the earlier systems where the demo license was activated by default, and unless you shut it off after install - you have no demo remaining.
