Does anyone have experience creating a speed dial button to switch to an answering service? For Dexcomm: Would 72#[phone number]to activate and 73# to deactivate as speed dials work?

You may need to put a pause in after the 72# (we use *72 in these parts) before you enter the phone number. Aside from that, I don't see any problem in doing this.

Make sure you program the speed dial to select line 1. Also let the customer know that they can only use the feature when line 1 is idle.
