OK I give up. I can't find it in the book.

The CID modules are 4 line units but it doesn't show which connection top or bottom is for the 1st 4 lines and which is for the last. I never did this without putting in both.

It also would have helped if the company had told them to get the CID service from the provider instead of "SAVING" them the daily charges until we put in the card. I picked top so now I got a 50-50 chance of a repeat visit.

Actually, you have a 100% chance of a return visit. Think about the cabinet. The extensions and the lines go from bottom to top, it's the Panasonic way :-)
