Got a customer who's complaining about late delivery of vm messages.
E.G.
Customer has a message lite lit at 7 AM.
Checks for messages, has none.
Later that afternoon a message appears from 5 AM.
We've done a scandisk and defrag already.
Any suggestions ??

Common issue on disital voice mails < v1.91. I think that is the correst version, it has been quite a while.
