Hi All,
I'm an old phoneman but I'm new to Tadiran. I have a 281S phone on Coral IPX. This phone doesn't have a voice mail.
What are the options to be able to answer a second call. Right now when a second call comes in there is a waiting indicator. Should I add a second line?

Depending on what your trunking config it and how it's programmed will make a difference. Assuming PRI and DID you simply add loop appearances to the phone and make sure it's set for multi-appearnace-Y and cfb is not activated.

This is for DID and internal calls. Loop worked out fine
