I just replace a Vodavi XTSc Cabinet. When I put all the cards in, I can't get the LCOB to work. I programmed it in card assignment. It is assigned as a type 05. The stations have access to the lines but still no access. Am I missing something ? or maybe a bad LCOB? Gary

Is the card an LCOB or a LCO8 or an LCI? I am not sure what you mean by access but no access, do you mean the line number shows on the screen but no dialtone?

Yes I resaet the system after the program change.
The card is a LCOB.
When I press the CO button, nothing, I get nothing. The button is programmed in flex buttons. CO 5, 6 7. It just doesn't see the lines. No clicking from the CO card in the cabinet.

Are the trunk ports in service (Flash 40, button 12)?

Sorry for the delay. I had a tech go out and check his programming. It was correct he moved the card to another slot and it still is not seen. I think I should order another LCOB ?

You should connect a laptop and check config and see if it is there, with the right card type, in the correct slot and what the service state is.
