Customer purchased a used IPO 406v2 with an ATM4 and 8 4424D phones. Using Voice Mail Lite and would like to see what Phone Manager Lite would add but I can't find the download on the remodeled Avaya SSO site. Any clues?

That's old software, you may need a BP login to get it.

I'll ask the customer if he got the software from the reseller. I expect a stupid look as a response. Was trying to avoid the resulting embarrassment...

Does the version of Phone Manager (4.2) supplied with IPO 8.1 play nicely with a 406v2 running IPO 3.2?

Seeing how Avaya hasn't changed it since long, long ago, it should be fine. Cant say I have used it 3-4 years....
