I'm new to NEC Electra IPK I systems.
I renamed a local from 256 to 229. When you call the ext. from internal it goes to voicemail when not answered. However when you call from external the main number and dial ext 229, you get "I'm sorry I did not hear your selection" recording. Is there some settings to be programmed for external dialing. Thanks

Have you confirmed what mailbox the internal call is routed to?
Is there a mailbox 229?
