I have a customer with an older 200 (no USB) Im not sure if the serial is good or not as I cannot get in. Is there anyway of finding the MNT IP through a desk phone? BTW Reseller who installed took the money and ran so I am just trying to find out what I am dealing with.

it is not the older unit, it is the latested.
you need to log on to the system or read the sd card with the latest maintenance tool.
after that it could be password protected as well

Yeah I was hoping it wasn't password related but seems likely. Does Panasonic Reset Passwords?

Copy the file from the SD Card and read off the password as OBT has suggested.

That won't work on the tde or tda after v4
You can look at the programming if you have to default
You could ask Panasonic dealer if they can reset it
