Is there any way i can program for every phone to have the company directory in their "PhoneBook" button?

What handsets? I'm guessing SMT IP Phone?
What do you mean by company directory?

I have 50 phones and i want the user to be able to hit the (phone book button) or any other button on the handset to see the company directory by extension or name.
