I assigned a phantom extension as a secondary key on a customers phone and it flashes all the time . I can not find anywhere in programing to disable that . Can anyone help

The Phantom is in DND to remove it go to the phantom and expand it under flags DND allowed set it to no. If that isn't an option you might need a software upgrade. I think that flag became available in 4.0?

Randy, that's what I was thinking.

Nick, you could create an MDPM phantom and use that instead. Go the digital keyset card and change on of the digital ports to digital phone/MDPM. Assign the second (phantom) port an extension number and use that for the Secondary Call Key.

the software version is 2.0.8 and I will try that and see if that resolves the issue
