Hello All,
Under features then forward , it does not have forward to directly to voicemail. Does anyone know how i can get this feature to come up ?

Are you looking for a DND button,..... where calls to your ext will go straight to VM?
If so program a button for "Send all calls"
Or if you are wanting to transfer a call into someone elses VM box program a button for "VM X-fer".

We have a DND button that works but how to you program the send all calls button to Vm , we are using IP500 and i tried this method which works but staffs most of the time dont remember to do it. I click forward button and press # and my extension so that transfer all call to my voicemail.

What phone system did you have before the IPO? Why do you want "Send All Calls" if the DND does the same job? What are you trying to accomplish that the DND does not do? However, you will find that you can put a Send All Calls button on the phone through Emulation | Send All Calls
