Hello,
Is there a way to make an intercom ring when receiving calls from a particular extension yet do the handsfree answer when receiving calls from a different extension?
Thanks in advance for your advice.

Press the digit "1" after dialing the extension to make it ring.

Thanks Bob. We discovered that option along the way as well. I was hoping that there was a way of limiting it so certain extensions when they dialed another extension, that it would ring even if they did not dial with the 1 at the end.

You could change prog 10-1 from voice first to tone first, but that would make all phones ring when dialed. Dialing a "1" after the extension would now make it handsfree.
It's a system wide option and can't be one way for some phones and the other way for others.

Thanks Bob. That seems like a good solution. Will give it a try.
