I have a couple of IPO's out there that are doing something strange. Both are Basic editions, one is a release 7, the other a release 8. Same issue with each one. I can record initially the greeting 7811, which is used as the main, but once a recording is in there, I can record over it! It allows me to record and save, but when I go back to listen, it is the previous recording. Anyone had this before? I will even concur that the Release 8 could be corrupt. But the release 7 is a card we had in stock and never used, we just upgrade it to the latest release.

Tommy will explain it to you. The file is write protected and I believe the solution is to reformat the card.

We have ran into this several times,... reformating the SD always fixed the problem.

Reformat and re-create with Manager. DONT do it with Windows, or you make it an ordinary SD card, not a license card...
