Customer wants to add 4 more phones to a existing ring group. In program 709 I found ring group 29 was the one being used, 7 extensions are in this ring group, I tried adding extensions 14, 16, 18 and 24, with no luck, next I deleted all existing 7 extensions from group 29 and then adding the original extensions plus the new ones, it took the originals but no the new ones. Again deleted all extension and tried adding 14, 16,18 and 24, again no luck.
Anyone tell me what I'm missing?
Thanks for any help Dan S

Found a better manual, you have to assign the phantom extension to a button on the phone, only then it can be added to the ring group.
