We have a customer that wants incoming calls transferred from the AA of the 7100 directly out to the sales staff cell phones. They claim that some calls are not getting forwarded. Can we set the station block up to use a hookflash and three way calling from telco vs. having the 7100 tying up two trunks (conf.)? OS7100 v4.46d Thank you, Gary

As long as you have that option from the carrier you can do it. There is a centrex transfer station block in svmi for this purpose.
