OS Call on a 7400 V4.51 2 Locations Node A & B.

Node B has an ext. 2306.

Just added in phonebook a customer phone number xxx-xxx-2306.
Phonebook has entry for internal ext 2306.

When user at 2306 calls Node A OS Call window pops up and displays outside contact with the xxx-xxx-2306 phone number.

Outlook masking says to search 10 digits. Yet it seems the Samsung is only matching the last 4 digits.

Is there anywhere else where a program change needs to be made?

Do you have the XXXX entry in your active masks section?
