Affinitel Fabio Penny 415-808-7200 [email protected]They are a pretty good sized and solid outfit. They did a site for us down there in the Bay area. I thought there were fairly inexpensive and he really worked well with the customer. They do all the various internal Samsung offices in Northern California too.

Kaiser, we've used Affinitel before without issue, but we had a major problem on Thursday night at one of the sites and when I tried to call their number, it just rang no answer. They answered the phone the next day but, these are convalescent homes and require 24hr service. Now I need a second option.

Hmmm.... I don't know. Sounds weird, I wonder if their power was out or something. I have Fabio's cell phone but I don't know any dealers down there. Maybe check with Tom Hall at Samsung 702-884-3232
