I have never worked on one this old. I want to get the AA and CCR working but this version doesn't support it (even though it shows all the correct prompts.

I read somewhere that there is a free upgrade key code to
ver 2.4 that will allow these capabilities.

Anyone know how to get the key code to upgrade?

That version works fine. What system are you trying to use it on?

Nortel 3x8; probably just as old. It is at my american legion
where I am a director. so I took a look at it. They did upgrade - from what I got out of them - to the newer T7316 phones 6-7 yrs ago before I was there. I assume they had the old M series.

I tried everything.I get into programming, but if i try AA or CCR it says Not Available on the display for both.

Sounds like one of the old stripped down "Lite" versions...no AA just mailboxes.

Any upgrades available or is it cheaper to get a used one that is compatible?

Probably just as cheap to get another used one. If you can't find any, let me know. I've got 3 or so kicking around.

I'll have to take it to the board. 2 port is all we need.

How much you thinking $ wise?

And we don't need the best, just enough for Main greeting; ccr at most 5 trees; most likely 4 trees.
