At one of our locations running AXXESS 8.2 we have had a problem the last 2 Friday mornings where users are unable to dial out and callers are unable to dial in on ANY of the phone numbers.
Fro users calling out it appears that the call is going out, but they get no ringback or anything.
For callers trying to call in they just get a standard busy signal.
Powering the cabinet off and then back on seems to resolve the problem. I have checked to make sure that system reset times are at 3am M-W-F and that the system time is correct.
does anyone have any suggestions?

Do you know if yer CPC f/w is up to date? You want to be on at least 2.1.4. You can check it by browsing to the CPC.

Do you have T1 circuits? maybe resetting the system cleared the T1? What do the error logs show?

There is no such boot version as 2.14
Newest Versions Boot code: 2.1.12 (VERY IMPORTANT) CPC DB ver: be 8.232e VM ver: 8.234 T1/E1: $78
boot code 2.1.4 has many clocking problems. I would definatley get that upgraded. The issue could be a mix of T1 and CPC clocking issues.

I was looking through the listings and this seemed very interesting. I have had complaints on a 9.006 Axxess system with PRI of dropped calls, not being able to call out, being able to call in through the attendant and being dropped trying to access an extensions. The newest one is a fast busy but with a static tone with it. I do have the 2.1.4 firmware version on my CPC. Also, can the PRI being next to the EVMC cause problems?
