I'm getting ready to swap an old Call Attendant machine with a new one. I've already exported the directory from the old and imported into the new. Do I have to backup the database as well on the old one then restore on the new one? We use the program for answering and transferring calls, nothing more, nothing less. We only use the directory and that's it. Thanks.

I ended up just transferring the directory and everything works.
