when i get an incoming call after they dial the extension number its taking more than 20 seconds to ring on the desired extension.
is there anything i can configure on the Aspire Panel.

Sounds like your number plan has the wrong amount of digits as 'necessary digits' they used to call it.

If your extensions are 3xx then you need to set it to 3 digits. Otherwise it waits something like 3 seconds per digit you haven't dialled. So if your plan says extensions are 5 digits and really 3, then it will be waiting 6 additional seconds for extra digits.

Are you using PC Pro?
