how can I change the smdr format in "SV8500" from normal to extended format? I already tried ASYD sys1 index 300 but no success. Thanx

Look up feature S-129 SMDR output expansion-ANI/CPN and it shows "this feature is available in North America only"
On the SV8500 PCPRO CD look at the Winapps/docs/pdfs and go to "data program business 041681-001-401.pdf" scroll down to S-129 and click..... there are many other things to look at besides ASYD.

No, may be available ONLY in North America..as manual says.
