Hello, my customer has an IPO500 8.1(43) using a C110 for voicemail. I have the voice mail setup intuity mode and cannot re-record any personal greetings for existing or new users/hunt groups. The prompts play but when I record and press # to approve it says nothing to save. I have only tried this with *17, not sure if the same happens with visual voice.

All of my programming matches the tech tip. I also tried power cycling the ucm with no luck. I did not re-image at the initial install, so that looks to be the next step. Thanks

I recommend that every UCM should be re-imaged. You dont know what firmware is on it, and I wouldnt trust it...
