I have 1 5120 on a 7100 v4.63 and every time you reboot the phone to change a battery or whatever the phone will not re-register until you force clear it DM and default the phone and re-enter all programming. The programming i believe is correct, static is on and the phone has a static ip, vowlan is also enabled. The phone is also up to date on software.
Thanks, Brian

It seems the issue was with the security settings on the AP's. One AP was set to TKIP+AES and the other was set to AES only. Phone registered with the first AP with TKIP (closest to phone room where i programmed it) and when it was rebooted it tried to connected to the second AP with TKIP when it only allowed AES (by his office). These phones are very very finicky when it comes to programming, once it connects with its settings it will not adjust itself, like rechecking encryption.
