Any advise on what may be issue with registration of the handsets to IP Office after registered to the radio module
dect ip rbs, we are registered to the rbs however when we try to upload (import) we get a permineter definition file missing
error
We get the same error trying with win7 and winxp computer
using winpdm software.

Any suggestions? From Avaya guys with this before.
This is AVaya IP Office 8.1
The document we are using is the 3725 non provisioned install
with WIN XP presently.
Thanks for any ideas:

Why are you using the Non-Provisioned method?
In the docs (hopefully the same ones you are using) it says that Non-Provisioned installs are for R7 and earlier.

The preferred method is the Provisioned method.

I can not comment on your issues, as the Provisioned installs I have done in teh past have worked just fine.
