We have a multi node setup. I'm being told that any calls that have to be transferred to an extension at Node 1 is causing a very short but loud screech, some described as a high pitched noise as if you were too close to a microphone.
This only occurs being transferred to Node 1 and what appears in most cases to phantoms being forwarded to outside lines.
What would cause something like this?
