We have a 7200 (node 1) and two 7100's (nodes 2&3). They are all networked without a VPN. Nodes 2 & 3 can call between each other without issue. Whenever node 1 is involved (either initiating or receiving a call), there is intermittent failure. All nodes are set to 'private w/public' and all the information is entered correctly.

The 7200 was previously on version 4.51 and several months ago was upgraded to 4.60. While I have been trying to isolate the SPNet issue I noticed that when using Device Manager and viewing 2.1.0, the gateway and subnet are correct...but the IP address is listing the public rather than the private. The public appears where it should in 2.1.2....but that public IP address is also appearing in the private IP address field when viewing through Device Manager. If I look at programming through a phone, things are where they should be an all looks correct. Also - with Device Manager looking in 3.3.1 under 'self', the public IP address is showing rather than the private IP.

When I look at the 'pre upgrade' backup, everything in Device Manager is correct, so the issue came up during the upgrade. I've tried re-entering the IP via phone and device manager, then rebooting the system...but the public IP continues to populate in the private IP address field. I was told to try backing up the system, then while off line changing the IP address and re-uploading to the system. Same thing....the public IP continues to show when using Device Manager.

I'm guessing this has something to do with the intermittent SPNet functionality to or from node 1. Anyone seen this before? Any suggestions (other than defaulting the database)?
